Weiss Lake Property Featured Lot Program at The
Bluffs of Weiss
In
conjunction with our participation in the Southern Living Magazine
Custom Builders Program, we are introducing a “featured lot program” as
a part of our ongoing introduction of The Bluffs. Each month,
this program will present a unique opportunity to save thousands of
dollars on the featured lot---plus get architectural assistance in
selecting a Southern Living house plan. And, for those buyers
of the featured lot who build within 12 months of lot purchase, we will
pay for the selected Southern Living house plan.
As you probably know,
the lots at The Bluffs are priced and sold in accordance with a
published price list. The exception will be when a featured
lot is sold during its period of focus. In that case, we will
discount the price of that lot by 10%.
SUMMARY
OF TERMS
- Featured
lot offered at a 10% discount from published prices.
- The
Architectural Control Committee’s architect will work with Southern
Living advisors to identify plans that are well-suited to the featured
lot.
- If
the buyer of a featured lot builds within 12 months of lot purchase we
will pay for the building plans, providing that a Southern Living plan
is chosen. Of course, any Architectural Control Committee
approved plan may be used and there is no time limit for building on
any of our lots.
- A
featured lot will be announced each month and will remain on the
program for 90 days, or until the lot is sold.
FEBRUARY'S FEATURED LOT

Lot
234: February's Featured Lot of the Month is in Phase 2 and
it offers excellent views of Weiss Lake and it borders Indina Spring
Lake. It is a wide homesite with trees and a natural park setting at
the back of the lot. This lot gradually slopes down to Indian Spring
Lake. It would be ideal for a house with "walk-in" to the main level
with beautiful views of Weiss Lake. A "patio level" would overlook
Indian Springs Lake and the lot's wooded slope down to the lake.
