The Ridge Bend lots have some unique characteristics.  They tend to be overszed lots, with very large building sites.  The views of Weiss Lake have been dramatically improved as we have cleared Phase 3 ridgelines.  The first private lake in The Bluffs is located in the Ridge Bend section and many of the lots soon to be released border that lake, while having views of Weiss Lake in the other direction.  Bermuda grass has been planted on all the lots, for the start of a beautiful lawn.

Lots 229 through 234 actually extend into Indian Spring Lake, and four of the six also have views of Weiss Lake. The building sites are flat, with a slope to the back leading through the large trees to the lake.
