Quail Creek Ridge has recently been redeveloped into seven new mountain property lots, all of which have absolutely stunning eastern and southeastern views of the lake and Cobia Bridge, where the Chattooga River joins Weiss Lake. Originally, this ridgeline consisted of only three oversized lots, totaling 17.5 acres. Under the original development, there were only three lake view building sites on this ridge. We reacquired the original lots on Quail Creek Ridge and literally began to "move a mountain" to open some of the best views in Phase One across the entire ridgeline.
